Poem #11

Dedicated to my friend Becca Sears, who suggested I write this poem.

Llama

When talking ‘bout a llama

I sometimes think of the llama in a red pajama

Or of Kuzco in the Emperor’s New Groove

A movie I highly approve

Wanna tell your mamma

About an animal known as the llama?

You can find them in the USA

Or all the way

Down in the country with the equator

Which gives you a greater

Chance of seeing one

And may make you stunned

They love to spit

And have very distinct characteristics

They can carry packs

On their backs

And will help you

Get through with what you need to do

They aren’t very common around these parts

And don’t exactly show a bunch of smarts

You can enjoy them if you feel like it

They’re not really a misfit

They’re a very awesome mammal

Just don’t think of them as a camel.

Poem #10

I actually wrote this on December 1st which was when I was supposed to post this, hence the 1st & 2nd line. But I got busy (somehow) and forgot. But finally, here is POEM #10!!

Start of Winter

Welcome December!

What happened to November?

Time to prepare for the cold

And the snow to behold

With a time at the end

Which we will be able to spend

On a holiday break

In which we will partake

In the spirit of giving

On this holiday that comes after Thanksgiving

After that holiday comes the next one

That is always so much fun

Where you stay up late

While you get to wait

For the next year to arrive

As you watch it on your TV, live

Then comes the next month

That only occurs once

In the entire year

But still brings that COLD, breezy atmosphere.

Poem # 9

This special poem is dedicated to all my very good friends in F.F.A. The things they do there are amazing & exciting. Makes me wonder if I should join too. Keep it up my friends! You're doing awesome! "I believe in the future of agriculture..."

FFA

(Note: Poem refers specifically to Nampa FFA)

You’re in the FFA

Or so you say

You love anything AG

And you probably will brag

About what it is

And how you’re such a whiz

About anything and everything about it

Since you learned it bit by bit

The whole group will agree

To that I will guarantee

You’ll tell them to join in the fun

Because you get things done

While you have fun in the process

And by joining you’ll have lots of access

You’ll have many things to explore

So you can add more to your knowledge drawer

There are many competitions

With lots of recognition

Don’t forget the many events

That surely presents

What the organization does

And causes quite the buzz

It’s cheap to join

So throw in some coins

You won’t regret your decision

And you’ll meet Volkers, Frank, and Dixon

The fun and excitement awaits

So don’t be late

To join right now

Then take a bow

And the next day you’ll be able to say

“I joined the Nampa FFA!”

New Update - November 9, 2013

It's after November isn't. Really?! Boy it's been a while. What was it...June 5th? You're kidding, right?! No I'm not!

Sorry there hasn't been any updates to this in a while. I don't seem to remember to update very often. Sheepie Land had gotten much larger now. It now contains Rollercoasters, a Giant Sheep Home, Sheep Tunnel, Sheep Dunk Tank, Sheep Island, Floating Sheep Lake & Horse & Donkey Homes. Plus a hangout place in the Nether.

New Official Photo Website and a Sheepie News Update

WHOA! JULY 1st!!! WHERE HAS TIME GONE!? 

Due to a class photography assignment, I now have an official website for all my photos. It is updated frequently. It is be a Weebly based website with the name as ZiXiuPhotos. I have also connected it to my Flickr website to provide double the photography though the Flickr photos will tend to reappear on ZiXiuPhotos.

And now for a special Sheepie News Update. 

Sheepie Land  has added on!! We now have Sheepie Island, a piece of land that's all fenced around for the Sheep to be in. Truthfully, it's just a big pen. We also have Floating Sheepie Lake, a lake full of Sheep (and squid) that, on June 7th, had approximately 104 Sheepies. that count is not accurate as so long has passed since I've taken count.

Poem # 7

To the Grease Cast!

We’re just a bunch of people who got into a show

Bringing what we already know

Every time we meet

It proves to be such a treat.

Every rehearsal brings many laughs and jokes

While our show obtains it from the folks.

We have fun with each other

Or we have fun all together

And from me, Renée

I say

We make a great team

Or so it may seem

You guys are some of the greatest best friends I’ve ever had

And for that I’m glad.

When this is over, I’ll miss you a lot

And each and every fun thing you each brought

Onto this Cast

Which made it a blast.

We’ll never forget what we went though

And to that we say “Adieu”.

We’ll never forget the times we spent

But still will represent

The show we worked so hard on

Even though the hours made us groan and yawn.

The show is entertaining

Due to all our training

It was quite fun

And now we’re almost done.
